For World Consumer Rights Day 15 March 2024 - Consumers International will lead a global conversation on fair and responsible AI for consumers, bringing together leaders from across government, business, civil society and international organisations. We will explore priority topics such as how we can empower and protect consumers through clear information and transparency and where lines of responsibility sit when consumers are harmed.
Speakers include Robert Weissman, President, Public Citizen, Rohit Kumur Singh, Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, Rocio Concha, Director of Policy and Advocacy, and Chief Economist and many more.
