Board and Council Member

Lawyer, activist and university professor expert in Consumer Law with 30 years of experience. President of the Peruvian Association of Consumers and Users (ASPEC) and member of the Board of Consumers International.

For more than eight years he has been conducting the radio program "The voice of the consumer", the only one of its kind in Latin America. He is also the general coordinator of the Latin American and Caribbean Council of Consumer Organizations (OCLAC) and representative of consumer associations in the Andean Consumer Board. He was decorated by the Illustrious Bar Association of Lima with the medal "Peruvian Advocacy Order".
