Consumers Union of Korea
Established in 1970, Consumers Union of Korea (CUK) is the oldest consumer organisation in Korea and has 8 regional offices. CUK’s main activities are: handling consumer complaints (it handled 73,351 complaints in 2006), comparative testing, consumer education and health campaigning. CUK has also created a e-commerce Centre in 2004 where consumers can get advice about problems relating to e-commerce.
