Lucas Marcon

Lucas Marcon is a lawyer for Idec's Telecommunications and Digital Rights Program. He has a Master’s degree in Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). He has experience in strategic litigation focused on consumer protection and is an active participant in the Coalition for Digital Rights (CDR), a network of over 50 civil society and academic organizations. His work addresses issues related to artificial intelligence, personal data protection, and internet access.
